Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Returns Process
To start a return for a refund, please contact us at shop@nashnook.com with your order number. We will provide you with the appropriate return instructions. Please do not ship items back to the address on your package without contacting us first.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand by the quality of our curated collection. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately at shop@nashnook.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges
NashNook does not permit exchanges of any kind. All successful returns are processed as refunds only. We do not offer the option to swap items or return an original purchase to place a new order for a different variation. Please ensure your selection is correct before completing your purchase.
