NashNook Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Returns Process

Because we carefully curate our collection from specialized fulfillment partners, please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer. To start a return, please contact us at shop@nashnook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If necessary, we will provide you with the appropriate shipping return address.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, usually within 5-10 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We stand by the quality of our curated collection. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please notify us immediately at shop@nashnook.com with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

NashNook does not permit exchanges of any kind. All successful returns are processed as refunds only. We do not offer the option to swap items or return an original purchase to place a new order for a different variation. Please ensure your selection is correct before completing your purchase.
